This device is called WHOOP . And the specific model I have is the WHOOP 5.0. After watching this video, it will become clear to you why all elites are wearing this band and why it is different from a smart watch. So after using this WHOOP , what do we know from the smart watch? How many calories we burned, how many steps we walked, sometimes even arm monitors are fine.
