Maruti’s EV Vitara price in India | Launched by PM Modi!

Finally Maruti Suzuki is launching its first electric car EV in India. If you fully charge it once, you can go 500 kilometers without any tension. The company is also offering ADA Level 2 safety features with this vehicle. So let’s see if Maruti Suzuki can live up to its claim and win a place in the hearts of Indian car buyers. So it’s going to be a barebones electric car. Also, you can buy this car in three variants i.e. Delta, ZA and Alfa. Talking about the exterior design of this car, its exterior design is going to be quite futuristic and muscular. You will find LED projector headlamps with integrated LED DRL lamps at the front of this car. The Suzuki logo is placed in the middle of the headlamp. And if you look just below the headlamp, there is an LED fog. And if you go to the back of this car, you’ll see metric shaped LED up to the lights. The wheelbase of this car is 2700 mm, its length is 4275 mm, width is 18800 mm and the height of this car is going to be 1640 mm. Also, in this car, you are going to get 180 mm ground clearance and 380 to 400 liters of boot space. 18-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels are fitted on the electric chassis. Also, you will find disc brakes on all wheels. If you look at the side profile, you will find body color door handle with request sensor, auto foldable ORVM with turn indicator, second row door handle is C pillar mounted. If you look at the roof, apart from the Sharp, you won’t find a sunroof on this car but you will definitely see a moonroof. Now if I take you inside this car, the interior of this car is going to be quite impressive and interesting. A 10.25-inch touch screen infotainment system is installed on the dashboard of this car, which will support Android as well as Apple Car Play. If you look at the side of it, you will find a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. And these two screens are connected to each other. Ibiza’s steering wheel has two scopes. Ada and cruise control buttons are placed on the right side. If you look to its left, you’ll find buttons for media and audio controls. Also, you can tilt and telescopically adjust the steering wheel of this car. This car has a very nice piano black finish center console installed. There are two seats in the front throw and three seats in the rear throw which means a total of five seater car. Also, the front seat of this car will be ventilated. You can also adjust the driver’s seat of this car according to your height. And the seat of this car is available in fabric and leather finish. And keeping your comfort in mind, all the seats of this car have adjustable headrests. You get OK legroom and knee room in the electric battery. But if you’re over 6 feet tall, you might have to struggle somewhere for headroom. Also, on the front you will find USB, 12 W socket and Type C charging point. At the back of this car, you are given the convenience of Type C and Type A charging points. Also, this car offers you features like push start and stop button, ambient lighting, 10 speakers by Infiniti and wireless mobile charging. Now if we talk about the most important part of this car which means battery, then the charging point of this car is placed on the front left side wheel of this car and its battery is placed on its floor. This car can be bought with two battery pack options 49 kW and 61 kW. So if you buy this car with a 105 kW electric motor and a 49 kW battery, it will generate 142 Bhp of power and 192 Nm of torque. If you buy this car with a 128 kW electric motor and a 61 kW battery, it will generate 172 Bhp of power and 192 Nm of torque. And once you fully charge the battery of this car, you can travel about 500 km without any interference. Also, if you charge this car battery with a normal 3.3kW charger, it will take about 18 hours to fully charge this car battery. On the other hand, if you charge this car battery again with a fast charger, then this car battery will be 80% charged in just 45 minutes. You’ll find the usual Eco Sport modes on the EVRA and this car is being launched with front-wheel drive only. Maruti Suzuki is offering a 3 year or 1 lakh km warranty on this car. No official warranty has been announced on its battery yet. But its battery is expected to come with a warranty of around 10 years. Because Maruti Suzuki provides 10 years warranty for its electric vehicles in the international market. And whenever the warranty period of this car battery expires and at that time if you want to change the battery of this car, at that time you may have to spend around 5 to 8 lakh rupees. Let us now see what kind of safety features Maruti Suzuki is offering with its first electric car. So firstly, this car will give you seven airbags, ABS with EDB, ISO fixed child seat, 360° camera with parking sensor in addition to seat build reminder and best of all, this car will also give you ADAS level two safety features. So under level two, you will get safety features like optic cruise control, line keep assist and blind spot close and warning in this car. Now finally if we talk about this car’s launch date, price, color availability and rival cars, then this car will be launched on 30 September 2025. And its ex-showroom price starts from 17 lakhs and can go up to 23 lakhs. Also, you can buy this car with six single tone color options and four double tone color options. And Maruti Suzuki’s first electric car will compete with Hyundai’s Creta EV, Tata’s C EV, Mahindra’s B6 and MG Motor’s ZS EV.
